Epoxy Relining
We use a two-part epoxy resin technology with a felt impregnated liner. This process can reline seamless, continual lengths, or specific sections of pipes, including any lateral connections, junctions, boundary traps and floor wastes in any material in any ground condition. Suitable for pipe diameters 100mm to 225mm.
We use an epoxy resin liner installed using either the pull-in-place technique or inversion, depending on the application. This method is highly effective for restoring the structural integrity of pipes
The liner forms a smooth transition to the host pipe, preventing weak joints and blocking tree root penetration. It's ideal for rehabilitating sewer mains, stormwater pipes, and horizontal laterals, especially in areas with limited access, such as domestic properties.
This solution is also highly adaptable — it handles changes in pipe diameter, multiple junctions, bends, and horizontal or vertical orientations, even in systems with numerous branches.
In addition, the system is used to restore lateral lines and create strong, reliable junction seals, all cured in place using steam for a fast, durable result.
How does it work?
Expoxy resin liner using pull in place technique or inversion
Restores structural integrity with a smooth transition to the host pipe, preventing joint weakening and tree root penetration
Ideal for rehabilitation of sewer mains, horizontal laterals, stormwater pipes
Creates smooth transitions between pipes of varying diameter, pipes with multiple junctions and bends, horizontal or vertical pipes and those with numerous branches
Ideal for domestic areas with limited access
Restores lateral lines
Junction seals with steam cured setting
